The Coffee Academics - This is the place to come for beautifully stacked buttery pancakes triplets, thick and fluffy one two three. The whip cream at the side is yums and not to be missed (forget the calorie counting!), and it goes surprisingly well with the Berry Sorbet served at the side. There is no harm in glazing the pancake with the maple syrup provided too!

Other than dessert, The Coffee Academics has a decent spread of savoury items as well - tacos and pizza spotted, sandwich too like the open face one below.

Of course, they are famous for their coffees, so give those a try out of the variety they have to offer. If coffee is not your thing, there is always the tea selection and other non-caffeinated drinks. I loved the fragrance of the Ginger and Peach tea that I had.
The Coffee Academics is an upscale cafe located at the heart of town, with beautifully designed interior and quirky seating areas. It is huge too, so even with the endless people turning up at all hours, the waiting time is not as bad as some other places. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area and up for a drink! Prices range a little on the high side, but it is worth an indulgence once in a while.
